Blueberries are nutritionally packed with Anthocyanin, Vitamins A (Cell-Regeneration), B Complex, C (Collagen Synthesis), E (Increases Micro-Circulation) and Minerals: Calcium, Copper, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Phosphorus, Selenium, and Zinc; as well as Fiber. Also, the benefits of these tiny berries are endless: Boost Immune Function, Improved Vision, Clearing Arteries, Promotes Weight Loss, Prevention of Urinary Tract Infections, Strengthening Capillary Walls, Lines and Wrinkles, and much more. Eco-Friendly Bagasse Toilet Paper

Dec 29, 2012 by

Did you know that not all toilet paper is made the same? When you purchase conventional brands, you are purchasing toilet paper that has been made with virgin trees(some over 300 years old). During the process of converting the tree into soft toilet paper, the pulp goes through a bleaching process. And guess what? Those chemical residues are still on the toilet paper! So when you wipe, you also absorb.

400,000 trees could be saved if each family in America would purchase just one roll of recycled toilet tissue. If you want to get serious about how much of your toilet tissue is made from recycled paper, then download this handy guide from Greenpeace: the Recycled Tissue and Toilet Paper Guide.

If you want to be super environmentally conscious, then switch to Sugarmade’s Bagasse Toilet Tissue. Bagasse is made from all natural sugar canes. To process the pulp, Sugarmade uses elementally chlorine-free. Help save forests by using Bagasse products, which are all 100% compostable… or just rinse 😉

Overcoming Loneliness

Dec 28, 2012 by

With a cell phone and internet, loneliness is no longer what it used to be.

It’s funny how people who have both tools still complain about being lonely. The most amazing benefit of technology and all the social media is that we can connect with anyone, anywhere, and anytime we want. Connecting with a long lost friend or loved one is so much easier then it was in the past.

I remember before all these mobile devices and the internet – if you needed to find someone, you had to look in the yellow pages, or call around and ask friends and family. Now, with a universal network that utilizes satellite and wireless towers, you really have no reason to gripe about how lonely you are. People who once gave up on love, because they were tired of going to meet ups are now married or in relationships because of websites like: plentyoffish.com, match.com, and jewdate.com.

So if you’re reading this, and lonely still plagues your heart… Maybe it’s not so much your heart and just your head. Tell the negative committee that meets inside your head to shut up and start living again. Show gratitude that you have the internet and cell phone to connect with people all around the world. Remember, love is just a click away! Click <3
